Refunds: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds at this time. We strictly offer exchanges or store credit only.

Exchange Window: Exchange requests must be made within 10 days upon receipt of goods. Any requests falling outside of this 10-day time frame will not be accepted.

Item Condition: Items submitted for exchange must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all original tags intact. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Fulfillment: Once approved, we will ship your exchanged items subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you will be issued an electronic gift card (store credit).

Sale Purchases: All discounted and sale items are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on these purchases.

International Orders: All international sales are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the domestic country.

Customs & Import Duties: For international shipments, you are solely responsible for all import duties, fees, and taxes levied upon delivery by your local customs authority. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details regarding these charges.
